Title: To all our Chinese users Happy New Year of the Tiger Spring Festival
Post by: polonus on February 14, 2010, 12:45:21 AM
Hi malware fighters,

Happy New Year of the Tiger - Spring Festival 2010. The Tiger is the third sign in the cycle of  Chinese Zodiac, which consists of 12 animal signs.  It is a sign of courage. This fearless and fiery malware fighter is revered by the ancient Chinese as the sign that wards off the three main computer disasters of a household: malware, spyware and rogues.

Hi, thanks for the best wishes. As a new year gift, I would like to ask for a favor: There are many false positives of Chinese software, can you please do something against it? How can users report such FPs? Do you have Chinese speaking malware analysts?

Many thanks and all the best for the year of the Tiger.

Greetings from Beijing

send the FPs to virus@avast.com (http://virus@avast.com)
or scan them using virus total and a copy of each file will go to the av vendor
or from the chest send them to the virus lab with  false positive option
