What is not updating?
Virus Defs or Program?
What are the settings in your avast?

Does not update the virus definition. I have set on auto update and test I set 10 min. past the time you clear the counter but not connect to the web. It seems that tries to connect, but immediately terminates without even notifying with the popup.

Well, it will not work with the 10 min interval. I think the minimum is 60 minutes.
What are your current definitions? If they are up to date, everythings fine.

The number of definitions are equal when I installato.Sembra that there is a conflict with windows firewall, where I noticed that it is not in the rules of incoming and outgoing connections. This is correct? Use static ip wireless connection.

Your virus defs are 100215-0 ?
If yes, then there is nothing to be updated.

Then everything is fine.
Avast will update the defs once a day normally, or more often if needed.

So I think your sys is working absolutely correct.  ;D

Tomorrow there will be an update sometime. You may set the interval to 120 min, if you wish, as I think that's the shortest possible interval for the free version.
