Title: Win32:DNSChanger-VJ(TRJ)
Post by: athomas55 on February 19, 2010, 05:14:02 AM
Hi

I keep getting a warning that Win32:DNSChanger-VJ(TRJ) is on my PC. I have Avast 4.8 professional and it says to either delete or move to chest. I have tried both of these but the message keeps popping up ALL THE TIME and it is getting a little annoying. how can i remove the virus. Also, what is allowing it to get in. Shouldn't the anti virus system stop this.

Thanks
Ashleigh

Run a boot time scan and let avast! deal with it.

I've Had This Virus Aswell. Don't Know What It's Been Doing But It Doesn't Popup All The Time.

Anyway, If The Virus Still Keeps Popping Up, Open The Virus Chest Once You Have Moved It There. Then Right Click On The Virus You Have And Click Submit To Virus Lab.

They Should Fix It Then, Hope It Helps!
