Title: Where is an option "Simple user interface" (skin) in Avast 5?
Post by: Aalexey on February 19, 2010, 06:27:32 PM: Where is "Simple user interface" (skin) in Avast 5,now? I don't like stupid exsessive graphic for nothing,and avast mesages on almost 1\4 of the screen in right-down corner too.Is this Antivirus or TV-Show?

You can configure to do not get messages.

New Avast looks like Vista or 7,so far of course not all users prefere this two last heavy systems.Many of users don't like then some program looks not like system.Or you are a Microsoft Agents that such a way stimulate users to move on Vista or 7? Why this good option was available in Avast 4.8 and not in Avast 5?

The UI bears no resemblance to my OS and I haven't a clue what Vista or win7 interface is like, so I'm not bothered if there is a resemblance to those OSes, what I'm bothered about is that it protects my system.
