Title: About my old serial?
Post by: wli on February 22, 2010, 12:28:27 PM: I am using avast 4.8 now!I have a serial of it!I change it to v5.0.Why my serial cann`t be activated?

You MUST use the email with which you bought your original license.

I push "Resend license" button. Next page (http://67.228.147.162/resend-license.php) is empty.

What do you mean by "empty page". Just everything blank, nothing?
I get the same page as on avast.com/resend-license.php (http://avast.com/resend-license.php).

and see what's the result ... blank page ...

I never had a 4.8 Pro license.

If it doesn't work, send Alwil an email: sales@avast.com

and ( aqaba ) didn't get any license file or any error message as he said while he insert valid data
