Title: Avast supports dont want add a virus

I sent last day virus infiltrations here is virustotal log:

Avast supports have it in the... I sent it 3 times and didnt add. I have a little question why?
I sent it to virus@avast.com.

do your job responsibly or let it be a will not send email one by one,more times without any result. i am helping you and you are not even able to add a infiltration.

Regardless of how angry you might be, this is a forum open to the public and including children so swearing isn't helping resolve anything.

I am afraid there are tens of thousands similar files in the queue. I assume the virus lab processes the frequently spotted files first.

in the past few days,the virus has been added in a few hours
be quickly its a dangerous virus
when will be release a virus definition on this files?
