procise folder(it looks like a recycle bin and is found mainly on a thumb drive) with linked autorun file why cant avast remove it?
also i would like the avast committee to integrate a virus reporting option especially on the new version five :)

No anti virus can find and remove everything, it all depends on the updates and heuristics. If you have a virus i reccommend malwarebytes free to help you remove it

avast can detect (at least, try) infections from usb drives.
Which is the malware name?

About the report, can you elaborate? What exactly do you want?
