I purchased AVAST PRO for $49 so I could put it on 3 computers. I got a new computer and now AVAST says they have no record of my email address. I even sent them the key proving I was legitimate and I got the same canned response....you are not in our database. I think this is wrong and unprofessional of AVAST. I am not happy with the lack of help I have received and I intend to write to the CEO and see if he/she is any more professional. Good luck with AVAST if you have problems out of the ordinary!

Did you purchase Internet Security or Professional? The 3 seat of Professional should have been $55.

Where did you buy (I mean, which site and/or reseller)?
