 >:( hi some one from avast i have payed for your service and I'm having a problem with it one the license that u sent was for a one yr service and i payed for a 3 yr and 3 PC's i have call left messages fax over to sales paper work showing i have payed for this service this is not how u run a Co please reply back to me th ks

First please modify your topics title to something that best describes the problem, as angry as you might be, the forum is used by all age groups including children

Second you have posted it in the wrong section of the forum and almost went unnoticed. The avast! Free/Pro/Suite forum http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=2.0 (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=2.0) is presumably where it should be if you aren't using the avast! BART CD version, but the avast 5.0 Pro or avast Internet Security suite. But you don't state what version you bought.

Where did you purchase this product license ?

Have you tried to contact the sales (at) avast (dot) com email address with the date purchased, product purchased and the email address used in the purchase ?
