Are you trying to register version 4 or 5?
Which is the operational system?
Are your system time and date correct?

Try again, maybe just a temporary glitch on the servers...

I have been trying to get a new registration key 4.8 for three days with no success.  I tried a key for a renewal I got a few weeks ago for my desktop and it won't take it.  I am not sure if this has any bearing on your situation but thought I would share the info.
