NECESITO SABER SI PARA INSTALAR AVAST PRO ES NECESARIO DESINSTALAR AVAST FREE. SI ALGUIEN SABE AL RESPECTO LE AGRADEZCO QUE ME ORIENTE

I NEED TO KNOW IF IS NECESARY TO UNINSTALL AVST FREE TO INSTALL AVAST PRO. I HAVE DE 5.0 VERSION. SORY FOR MY ENGLISH, I USE TO SPEEK SPANISH

Si, tienes que desinstalar versiones previas de avast o otro antivirus.

Nota: si instalas avast pro necesitas haberlo comprado previamente.

You don't have to worry, we speak spanish too  ;)

Para registrar avast! Pro debes introducir el archivo de licencia avastlic (Que compraste previamente)
y debes desinstalar primero avast free.

Si tienes algún problema, no dudes en preguntar, estamos a la orden

The setup of version 5 will guide you on uninstalling version 4 and installing 5.
Also, I suggest an installation from the scratch:

1. Download the latest version of avast! Uninstall Utility (http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html) and save it.
2. Download the latest avast! (http://www.avast.com/eng/programs.html) version and save it.
3. Uninstall avast from Control Panel (if possible). If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after that.
4. Run the avast! Uninstall Utility saved on 1. If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after you've run it.
5. Install avast! using the setup saved on 2. Boot.
6. Register your free copy or add the license key for Pro.
7. Check and post the results.

Hola, solamente tienes que ingresar el archivo de licencia de avast Pro y automaticamente el programa actualizara todos los componente de avast Free a los de avast Pro, eso si que debes tener conexion a internet para que pueda actualizarse sin problemas. Aunque personalmente te recomendo que primero desinstales avast Free y que luego instales la version Pro.
