Title: Which firewall mode?

 When I'm on my computer at home, which firewall mode should I use. Home/Low Risk Zone or Work/Medium Risk Zone?

Which ever mode that shows all ports as Stealth on Shields Up.

 And which mode is that?

 I've never had much luck with that site. I've installed firewalls with the highest settings and stuff still seem to get through. Either that site is outdated or something isn't right.
