I purchased you 3 year edition and paid for it. About 2 weeks ago, when I booted my desktop, avast came up and said everything was up to date. Shortly thereafter, I was loaded with viruses and trojan horses. I have spent about 12 hours and about $200.00 US dollasrs to help clear up this mess.
Would someone from AVAST please contact me at my email address so we can resolve this issue?

Well... we need to know file names and paths and also virus names to imagine what happened...
Maybe you should have come here when it happened and the virus people here could have guided you.
