Title: Firefox can't connect with firewall engaged.

Just installed Avast! Internet Security 5.  With the firewall activated, I cannot connect to the internet or check e-mail.  (My computer does show me as being connected to my network.)

With the firewall disengaged, I can connect without delay.

Does Firefox/Mozilla have an entry under application rules yet?

What was the previous AV and/or firewall installed, and how was it removed?
What OS?
