Title: Avast 5.0 paid upgrade - now 2 computers, not 3

I tried to pay for my yearly upgrade today, but it shows a license for 3 computers, which was true at the time I originally paid for that license. I only have 2 now (desktop, laptop) and would like the "upgrade special offer" to reflect that.

Do I have to buy the 2 computer/2 year license at the regular price, or can this option be fixed? Clearing the cart and retrying the purchase gives me no options to change - it automatically comes up as a 3 computer license. Thanks!

Hi isisfrog,

Options in the cart or avast! site are those standard package currently they offered. If you would like any package which is not listed, I suggest you to write to sales@avast.com, they always respond to me within 2 working days (I have timezone differences with them).

Okay - thanks! I'd tried the "contact us" button on the site and it was unavailable.  ???  I'll email them now.

What would the difference in price be if you purchased 2x2 at the regular price or the 'upgrade special offer' be ?

I also thought that the offer, considering you mentioned 'Upgrade' would be for the Avast Internet Security suite, which is a different product, avast Pro anti-virus, avast Firewall and avast anti-spam. This offer as far as I'm aware is what is for 3 systems.
