Give an introduction of what it does with this malicious URL: hxxp://builditmarketing.com/bub.php?t=acc%20tournament%20bracket (so the malicious URL is masked and rendered harmless),
Now mask IP -> [dot] hxxp://builditmarketing.com/bub.php?t=acc%20tournament%20bracket ->
htxp://builditmarketing[dot]com/bub[dot]php?t=acc%20tournament%20bracket
