Title: Problems with Avast

My PC had been hit with a virus pretty sure got ti all but now when scanning with AVast it shows files tested but Current scanner status stays at 0%

Is this something i should be worried  about?

Try doing a boot time scan on the system drive and see if that comes up with anything.  Your results look like something may be interfering with the scan.

Okay thank you i will try that i did one earlier and it  found Root kit gen, removed it then did a scan with maleware bytes found 3 infections removed them then did spybot SnD it found nothing, and Lavsoft AD Aware and nothing, also used Panda root kit tool to find it it found nothing.


Went to reformat and reinstall OS but i can't find  the info for  my OS i think i may of lost it when i moved.

Spybot and Lavsoft AD Aware are old tools... There are new ones, with much better detection and usability, like MBAM and SuperAntispyware.
