Title: Error archive us password protected .(42056)

Hello guys once again iam here ...Ihave some little problem which i dodnt know what to do .
I make a full scan in my machine today and avast is regognize those errors ...
Some files vould not be scanned
This errors are something suspicious?
Why are in the system volume information directory .
My machine has windows 7 64 bit

Don't worry. ;)
The files are just password protected and can't be scanned by avast.
They are located in system restore, so won't trouble your machine...

I think this is very weird ...because how the files stored in the system volume information ?
Take a look the files are updates from windows xp ......Iam in windows 7 now

But you had XP prior to W7 on that machine, I guess..?
If yes, these could be leftovers from XP.
If no, it would be worth a further look.

Before iinstall windows 7 i had windows xp , but in other partition .I usually put the operating system in drive C.
Those files are in partition drive E

Maybe you had the XP system restore set to another location a long time ago..??
As the files in your screenshot refer to a MS hotfix first published in 2003.
Also some vendors deliver their systems with a backup-/restore- partition.

what i must do with those files ?do nothing ,repair ,delete?

Well, if you still think these files could be a threat, use free Mbam to rescan your machine.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php (If it finds anything, let it take care of it.)
If your system is clear, it's up to you what to do with these files..!! ;)

in partition E i have a virtual machines .If i delete thoses files is there ant possibility to delete something from this virtual machine files , or avast cant scan virtual machine files ?

this scan found some windows xp files .ok
i have also some vdi files from virtual machines in partition E.
One of them is a windows xp vdi .In case of deleting the scan results maybe damage on off my machines ?

So did you perform the Mbam scan yet and it found some threats..?
Or do you just want to delete the files for more space..?

You can avast let put them to chest. Then check your system, if everything works ok, you can later delete them from the chest or restore them if you run into troubles.
