Nothing is perfect in this world, you should combine with some web scanner tools like :
http://www.unmaskparasites.com/
http://wepawet.iseclab.org/index.php
And some webscanner tool.
Norton not is the best at all, you may try to scan hxxtp://wxw.axa.co.id
See how is your lovely webscan work and give the result?

No, I don't use it as a web scanner, I use Norton DNS for my Wi-Fi;and installed WOT for firefox for anti-phishing.
