Title: Automatic or manual upgrade?

I'm using Avast Home Edition 4.8.1368 on Windows 7 Home Premium x64. I see that 5.0 is now available. In the past, I have been notified by the program of the new version and prompted to upgrade, but have received no such prompt for 5.0.

Should I keep waiting till I receive one, or are version upgrades done manually?

Download and save Avast! Free Antivirus 5.0.545 http://filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/
Uninstall avast 4.8 and reboot
Install avast 5 and reboot

register avast 5
