When will be web pages reputation? It will be avast module or toolbar?

Are you referring to some kind of site advisor,
such as Norton Safe Web, WOT, or Browser Defender?

Developer from avast team wrote me to email Avast will have a system for assessing the quality of web pages. I wonder when it will be. I think it will be like a module in Avast or toolbar to firefox or other browser. How will the results be evaluated. Just give me more infos.
