Title: AIS and old programs allowed to connect

Is there anyway to do housekeeping in the avast (AIS) program settings dumping the programs allowed to connect that no longer exists?
I mean, there are executables (setup) that connect when you install but not after the program is installed and running.
How to clean the database?
