i had this probem with other anti-viruses like kaspersky and eset but not with norton

Did you completely remove the other AVs using the appropriate removal tools?

removed them by unstall that comes with program

you're a hundred percent sure that YT is not blocked in your area, right?
yes when i was use eset i remove "www." and it may work
it don't say "blocked" and the problem only happen when use anti-virus

Did you view the links above? This could be the reason why you are having problems.

i did
( changed my mff to english)
it say

If I understand correctly, you tried to access the site, but as of now because of the reasons in your last post you will need to try again later to see if your changes worked. Correct?

fixed it by my luck
i tryed disable shield but avast frozen
*reboots* *disable real-time shields* oh worked!
*activate shields* it still works ^_^
