Whatever the program into the sandbox no voice, the system is WINDOWS XP sound card is CMI8738

What avast version are you using, there has just been a program update, 5.0.677 which had some sandbox updates. See http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=63621.0 (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=63621.0) and do a manual program update if you haven't got that build number.

The version with the version before the other will be blue with a sandbox, is configured to
ASUS M3N78-CM AMD5000 + CPU
NVIDIA GEFORCE8200 graphics
Sound card Hua News CMI8738/C3DX PCI AUDIO DEVICE
Mainly into the sand box of any program on the sound, outside the normal sandbox

Please upgrade to version 5.0.677 and see if that resolves the problem...
