check my startup(img) and tell me what to disable and what to enable please!

vistadrv is safe, but it is not necessary, it could also be malicious and a worm, so update to VT to see what it is, http://www.runscanner.net/lib/VistaDrv.exe.html
You can use runscanner to check your Startups,

I see no reason for not letting only avast in that list.
I also suggest you try Startup Delayer (http://www.r2.com.au/software.php?page=2&show=startdelay).
This freeware controls the windows startup (Windows 98\Me\2k\XP\Vista\7) that does not follow a strict order.

i deleted vistadvr and used the program from malwarebytes team,i am curious of visual tooltip and vipv3_auto_update,any idea?thanks

i also removed some things that startupeltie told me like ctfmon.exe,hope my pc will work tomorrow ;D
