I would like to hear comments from the team Avast .... Why the company does not tickets, send a sample for analysis, and all ... as in a void ... And waiting when the first add, I understand ... the product is free ... but you also have and paid products, People on the link below VT in the post Samples missed by avast (VirusTotal links only !)... what's the point? Not enough people? Technology (robots)?

Thank you .. I'm doing, but you probably do not understand what I mean.
No feedback ... if the file is clean or infected, or if you have not yet processed.

How would you like it if you were in their position and had hundreds of emails daily, some of them spam, and you had to reply to every one of them?

But like other antivirus companies ...AVK,DrWeb,Eset,it makes a robot.

Oh, so you want a robot to respond, I thought you wanted Avast! to respond.
