Title: HELP TECH!!!

Can anyone tell me what I DID when I installed AVAST PRO 5.0 I lost my use of Facebook and other web sites they open but they are blank.

Which were your old antivirus and firewall before avast?

I renewed my avst 4.? and upgraded two machines and they both are hosed the same

I suggest an installation from scratch:

1. Download the latest version of avast! Uninstall Utility (http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html) and save it.
2. Download the latest avast! (http://www.avast.com/eng/programs.html) version and save it.
3. Uninstall avast from Control Panel (if possible). If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after that.
4. Run the avast! Uninstall Utility saved on 1. If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml) and doing it from there. Anyway, boot after you've run it.
5. Install avast! using the setup saved on 2. Boot.
6. Register your free copy or add the license key for Pro.
7. Check and post the results.

Hi Mr. Tech,
why for avast 5.0 free is impossible to play the upload? Upload proceed very very slow and late a few minutes the upload stopped automatically.

windows xp professional sp2
ram 512.0 mb
hd 80 gb
athlon 1000 mhz

On Microsoft Website It Says that support for Windows Xp sp2 ended.
•Support for Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) ended on July 13, 2010

I don't have required upload of windows xp I required why  don't upload for AVAST 5.0 viruses!!!!!!
