Title: setup.exe disappeared from instpkgs folder

hi everyone... something strange... it had already happened with beta 2 but came back normal when updated to rc1a... setup.exe from instpkgs has disappeared!!! i'd like it back... any ideas??

The InstPkgs directory is populated when the server is running (from the mirror).

Are you sure that it's still empty?
Also, the setup.exe file is in the InstTmpl folder.
