Dear Forum,
What is the easiset way to create a complete backup of my laptop's hard drive?
I want to backup ALL files, not just personal files.
Thank you!

Drive imaging software makes an exact image of your hard disk/partition and can be saved to an external HDD or DVD depending on the size of the backup file. That enables you to completely restore an exact copy of your disk/partition if a problem occurs.
There are many different drive imaging software applications, try a google search, some are free but many are paid options.

I use an External hard disk drive on my XP Pro system with Acronis True Image:

I have read that Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - for personal use is good:

Thanks for the replies.
I used the free software 'Todo Backup', and it worked without a problem.
Have a nice weekend!
