Question: I unistalled Outlook 2000 from my computer because of a problem on my pc. Afterwards, I reinstalled this program into another directory in another drive. Now, I receive this error message when I open Outlook. I searched the registry for this file name and have not found it under either Avast or Outlook.
Can anyone suggest how I can stop this error message from occuring?
Thanks - Karen Lewis

Rerun the mail protection wizzard. See if that solves it.

If you are using Microsoft Outlook, it means that you are using Outlook/Exchange Provider (and its file ahsoutxt.dll). There is no reason to play with Mail Protection Wizard. I think you should Remove and Add again Outlook provider in avast! (Control Panel->Add/Remove programs->avast! ->Change option). Hope this helps
