Title: Problems with Outlook 2010

Hi. After installing Avast FREE 5.0.677 Outlook 2010 stopped sending and receiving messagens. What should I do? All running over Win 7, Office 2010.

SecurityAdvisor, if that's your first choice of option's and you have nothing meaningful to offer you would be better to not bother posting.

Thanks for the anwares. I've reinstalled and tried to find anything on Outlook Addins but there was no Avast addin there. Still not working. I appreciate new tries. Tks again. Eduardo

I will try to explain again, better:

Avast has got 2 add-ins that run inside Outlook.
1st is called "Avast 5" inside Outlook, on disk it is ashOutXt.dll - under Outlook 2007 it can be found in Tools > Trust centre > Add-ins. Select "Exchange Client Extensions", click "Go".
2nd is called "Avast! Antuspam" inside Outlook, on disk it is asOutExt.dll - under Outlook 2007 it can be found in Tools > Trust centre > Add-ins. Select "COM Add-ins", click "Go".

Not yet :'(. Outlook runs ok if I diseable avast e-mail scanning. Avast is running ok in all others features. Tks again, Eduardo, Brazil.
