Title: local client - local server update ?

Hi!

This is my first post here  ;)

I have trial version of avast server on Windows 2003, and trial version of avast professional on Windows XPSP1.

Is there a way to configure client on XP to fetch updates from server?

Or this solution is only available in upcomming avast! Distributed Network Manager ?

Hi, we do have a standalone mirroring module but it requires some manual tweaking (configuration). You can fetch the package from http://www2.asw.cz/~forejt/mirror.zip -- there's some technical documentation as well in it.

The mirroring feature, of course, will be also provided by the ADNM.
