Please see the attached screenshot and help me remove it.

Just turn off system restore, restart your computer, turn restore back on and create a new fresh restore point.

Should I select the option to turn off on all drives or only the infected drive which is E ?

I suggest disable it on all drivers since you may have some leftovers on other disks

Try deleting the restore points.
Go to FreeUp Disk Space, then scan for system files and then go to the second tab and delete "more recent restore point"

Disabling restore points is enough to delete all restore points
