Title: [SOLVED] problem with avast version 5.1

today i updated avast from 5.0.677 to 5.1.677..at least thats what the "update" section says..furthermore there is a message saying that there is a new version available(5.1.864)..so i click update and then it says that its already up to date besides the fact that its not the 5.1.864..below are 2 photos explaining the problem.

You can try repair avast from control panel->add remove application"Or programs and features in win7" then choose avast and click change a new window will appear choose repair

yep..the reboot resolved the problem and now it shows the correct program version..didnt think to try a reboot because this problem occured after aavast suggested to reboot for the update to take effect...anyway thanks a lot guys for the quick reply ;)
