Since letting avast free antivirus 5.0.677 update to 5.1.864 always wants to connect to my isp on boot up or log off and then log back on. Haven't changed avast update settings in the new version, they remain the same as they were from the previous version. Dialer doesn't launch if avastui.exe /nogui is disabled from starting on boot up. Reenabling it again causes dialer to launch once again on boot up. Anyone else with a dial up connection having the same issue ???
