C:\Window\downloed Program Files\SysWebTelecomInt.dll

That file is part of the "SysWeb-Telecom Dialer File Malware". Remove/delete it. Since a .dll does not run on its own, there are likely more harmfull files/processes on your system. Please post a HijackThis log here. You can download HijackThis from HERE (http://members.home.nl/edeijl/download/hijackthis.exe)

Hijackthis te montre presque tous les choses qui démarrent("start") sur ton PC et c'est ideal pour analysis/diagnose
