Dump is attached change the extension to .rar!!!!!!!

I would start by reading this topic, http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=68927.0 (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=68927.0) and see if any of the issues mentioned reflect your system.

If so it might be worth trying the pre-release version 5.1.874.

And what about an installation from scratch? Already had a try?

Delete version 5.0.677 and install the last version 5.1.874.

I didn't had such problem updating via GUI (5.0.677 => 5.1.864)

Well... I actually don't see what's causing that BSOD.
Only thing i can say is: Wait for a reply from pk or Vlk (or another avast! team member) and follow the instructions.

You seem the only one with such problem..  ???

I do not have Windows 7 ultimate sp1 RC in raid 0 so I can't help further.
