My question, how do I get Avast to run virus can after I restart my computer and also it says infected count: 4 but i have no idea how to get in and do anything about it help please?

Hi,

- try starting the PC in SafeMode (F8-Boot) and/or do a boot-TimeScan

- Please read the link "VirusRemoval" below in my sig. and come back with a bit more specific info..

Start Avast > Menu > Plan Boottime scan
