Title: Getting lots of error and spam messages since version update

Am getting a lot of error/spam messages both receiving and sending email after the two recent version updates.  Also, mail that I send is being called spam when it most certainly is not.  Email will send and receive correctly after 2 or 3 tries.  OS is XP Pro SP3, email program is Windows Live Mail, ISP is Verizon FIOS.  Repeat:  these problems started happening with the first version update and are continuing with the second version update 5.1.889.  Am using Avast Internet Security and have had no problems of any type 'til now.  Have done 3 full and 3 boot scans and system is reported as having no infections.

Looks like this "Help" forum would be better labeled "Helpless".  So very, very typical of this early 21st century.  Never have so many known so little about so much.
