Title: When "malware" isn't malware
Post by: azism on January 21, 2011, 05:09:15 AM
I am now having a problem accessing a module on my website that I KNOW isn't malware. How can I get AIS 5.1.889 to ignore that module? It is a Photo Gallery and only people I know can post photos there.

Now this "sandbox" thing sounds like it might do the trick, but how does a person invoke it or set it up?

Can you post the site? Looks like you tell about false positive

It is the TI99ers On-Line User Group at http://www.ti99ers.org. You can try to register as a user of the Photo Gallery. You will get the error at that point also.

Will you please post a screen shot of the alert you are receiving from Avast?
I don't think that I would want to register for anything.
