Title: Avast scan and seems to be errors in avast folder. How do i fix it?

Need it to be fixed. I did scan and found 2 infected files in a row and it removed it.  Then i had a boot time error, but had already deleted it and skipped the scan. It located this error on boot time and it was a file someone transferred to me that said wins 95 listed on the file because it was transferred from an older machine.- maybe caused problem to my system? . Can these errors in avast prevent it from doing its job? or is it anything serious? Said that there were corrupted files in avast avil folder, but i could not take any action.
