Title: Speccy
Post by: rdmaloyjr on February 20, 2011, 10:12:34 PM
Speccy will give you detailed statistics on every piece of hardware in your computer. Including CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Graphics Cards, Hard Disks, Optical Drives, Audio support. Additionally Speccy adds the temperatures of your different components, so you can easily see if there's a problem!

Processor brand and model
Hard drive size and speed
Amount of memory (RAM)
Graphics card
Operating system

I prefer Speccy to CPU-Z, but those who prefer a non install program will like CPU-Z.

There is also a Speccy portable version if you don't want the installation version.

Speccy is also decrypting Windows product keys in the registry... and I hate that. Could be transmitted silently.

yeah I agree ;D CPUZ is unique and is being used for misc purposes, including OC validation. Speccy remains an obscure utility in compare.
