Title: Corrupted my entire account

I have used NORTON on all of my computers up until last month I purchased Avast. I have now had two giant viruses on my computer in ONE MONTH. I have been on the phone with Iyogi for 3.5 hours and now have to redo-my system. I am screwed. My computer is one year old and it seems at this point that Avasst has cost me $1000.00

Can you give us more details, infected file name, path, viruses names...
Did you send anything to Chest (Quarantine)?
Did you run avast at boot time?
What can we - users - do now for you?
