Title: ABP and ABPP for ADNM
Post by: Infratech Solutions on March 21, 2011, 12:18:51 PM
Are there any beta version of ABP or ABPP for the current ADNM?

When we can to upgrade our customers, that are waiting for a new NetClient and NetServer, for more than one year?

We need avast! 6 engine in customer with ADNM and more than 500 PCs. We have problems with "rootkit-gen" that avast NetClient 4.8 detects but not clean.

Maybe, is more interesting for current customer to have an upgrade for ADNM that a new console.

No release date set for the ADNM connectors for 5.x/6.x as of today.

Note this connector will be announced on the ADNM forum, not the BP - these are two distinct products.

Cheers

What is the limiting factor for how many PC's SBC can manage? Can a beefier server handle more clients checking into it? Our paying customers have waited a long time with the promise of a new management console, only to learn it won't handle large networks, but at some point, may get the newest AV client to talk to the old ADNM.

i would assume the ADNM would get an update to handle the new products. I know the SBC would be a pain to use with a large number of clients.
