I do not use Outlook but, maybe, your avast plugin was disabled there.
Help > About dialog > pluggins > avast pluggin enabled...  ;)

a pitty....it is not the problem....

Look at the attached file: could that be the problem?
It is not shown at the forum!!!!

Well: in the Avast On Access Scanner: at the Outlook Exchange page there is a remarkeble line:
The provider is waiting for a subsystem.... does somebodies bells are ringing?

No, this is not the problem...
The plugin, like any other plugin, will be disabled until you open (run) MS Outlook.
If MS Outlook is running and the plugin disabled you should:
1. Enable it into MS Outlook like I try to say before.
2. Start the avast provider (click on the 'a' blue icon and start it...)

A3Anus, Technical was talking about the OUTLOOK About box, not avast. Did you try looking in the Outlook About box and follow the steps he outlined?

Thanks...thanks a lot.
It was indeed the handling in Outlook. At first I was searching in Avast!
That was the reason I couldn't find it!

Well, it's working now. And I'm very glad with the help of both.

Marvelous!
