My avast! says the update was available @10:39 (CET)
Sorry, no idea about the other AVs...

Personally I see little value in this as:
a) avast has an auto update function for virus definitions.
b) it also has a manual update from the interface.

So it is easy to confirm that you have the latest avast virus definitions installed.
