Title: Problem with Google Images after last update [FP FIXED]

I've got a problem with the Avast since the last update. Avast performed autoupdate about 20-30 minutes ago and now I can't use Google Images because Avast detects EVERY SINGLE image that is loaded as an Malware! Gives me about 50 pop ups about how dangerous the links are and it blocks them. What is going on?

Post by: louispasteur on April 27, 2011, 07:13:10 PM: same problem here. really hoping it isn't the google redirect virus, but it appears that avast is detecting the mere presence of thumbnails as a problem, which seems odd.

No idea what's wrong as you have no details of your system in your signature.

Are you running XP, Vista or Windows 7 ???

Sometimes he's right about the sigs, somtimes it's not needed at all.
I would say: 35:65
However, here it's not needed.

I had also this issue, and my Avast crashed due to the hundreds of simultaneous blockings and warning messages while doing an image search.

Yeah, I've had the DING DING DING sound suddenly come up like 10 minutes after the blockings lol (only once though). :P
