Title: What does these connections mean? CMD

I recently found a Key Logger on my computer and removed it, but now I find funny connections in my CMD. What are they and how would one Kill a connection in command prompt?

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free (MBAM)
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

Update it to its latest definitions 6484 then run a Quick scan then post the results here.
