Title: MSConfig.exe /auto?

While trying to boot clean & reinstall qc pro 9000, msconfig if run, appears at each reboot.......any clues, solutions why?

Any thing to do with Winpatrol.

MSConfig C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe /auto  This entry in CCleaner startup apps.
