Title: Error When Starting Windows or IE 8

I've been getting the attached error for the past couple of days.  I'm using Windows XP Pro SP3.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

I've done the following to try to fix it:
Ran RootKit scan with avast! (paid version 5.1.889).
Disk Cleanup.
Emptied all Temp files.
Downloaded MalwareBytes and ran full scan.
Ran full scan with Advanced System Protector.

Any other suggestions?

Upgrade to the current version of Avast (6.0.1125) or uninstall and do a clean install, then reboot your machine.  See if your problem is resolved.  If not, upload the file to Avast; it is uploaded during the next virus definitions update.  Thank you.

I've updated to 6.0.1125 and am still getting the error.  How do I upload the file to Avast?
